Lori Butler has 30+ years’ experience in Ophthalmology practice management and ASCs. Lori also leads the Q and A team that conducts commercial audits for all AMSURG ASCs. She is a certified coder and holds a certification for compliance professionals. In addition, Lori is active in the ASOA for Ophthalmology Administrators. She leads all areas of the Revenue Cycle process for the Ophthalmology Division. Lori has been with AMSURG for the past 15 years.

John Miele has been a member of the AMSURG Business Operations team for 3 years. John graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance. He has over 10 years of experience in revenue management and consulting with ASC’s, hospitals and private practices. John lives with his son in Franklin, TN who both enjoy football and baseball.
