Patient Check-In – Making a Great First Impression

First impressions take three seconds. In that short time, a person forms an opinion of you, your center and the service they believe the center will provide. Patient check-in is our opportunity to make a great and lasting first impression on each patient. This course will discuss patient check-in best practices. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss and analyze all the components of patient check-in and leave with the ability to analyze and improve their own check-in processes as needed.
