OAS CAHPS & Day 1 Wrap Up
During this course the participants will be introduced the OAS CAHPS. The process for administering the survey, the purpose of the survey, results of the survey and the way the survey impacts our centers will be discussed. Participants will also be invited to join in the discussion about patient experience and the ways it can be improved.
