NextGen - Hidden Gems in InstaMed and NextGen Clearinghouse

Alesia Carter is a User Satisfaction Specialist for IT, Project Insight. Alesia joined AMSURG in October 2012 as a Configuration Specialist and worked on that team for 5 years before transitioning to her current role. Alesia has 18+ years’ experience in Healthcare with a Clearinghouse background that included new payer implementations, communications, enhanced edits, and customer support. Alesia has also worked in various retail sales, training, and support roles before joining a healthcare organization. 

Amanda Endress is part of the senior leadership team for the Insight program. Amanda joined AMSURG in February 2010 and has over 13 years NextGen experience. Her healthcare background includes pharmaceutical sales, hospital physician relations and program management for NextGen implementations, training and support. Amanda has an engineering degree and worked in several engineering, technical sales and marketing positions before entering the healthcare arena.
