Jennifer Davis began her AMSURG career as a Paralegal in the Legal Department over 10 years ago. In 2018, she transitioned to the Human Resources Department as a Manager tasked with assimilating policies and procedures for a new division of the organization, Enterprise. In 2020, Jennifer changed roles to become a Human Resources Business Partner for over 100 of our AMSURG surgery centers.
